In the time of the first Ice Age, Nullswood was a scary place, wrapped in silence except for the wind's occasional howl. The rivers were frozen, like everything else around, showing how lonely and desolate the land was. The moon struggled to penetrate the dense mist, casting only a faint glow amidst the darkness. But within this insufferable ancient forest dwelled the Fearlocs, creatures unlike any myth or nightmare. They hungered not for blood, but for the very fears that haunted ahmen hearts.

As the Fearlocs fed on ahmen fear, their hunger grew insatiable. With dwindling fear to sustain them, they turned on each other, tongue and teeth bared in savage conflict. Once united, they now fought amongst themselves for dominance in the ever-darkening world of Nullswood.

In the heart of the grand castle, nestled deep within the shadows of Nullswood, Princess Zaylen-Tu convened with her brothers, the rightful heirs to the throne. As they gathered in the dimly lit chamber, the castle stood as the solitary beacon of light amidst the dense, foreboding woods. Zaylen-Tu, adorned in glowing regal attire, commanded attention with her radiant presence, her beauty rivaling the enchanting glow of the moon filtering through the castle's windows.

"Brothers, you learn not" she began, her voice carrying both authority and concern, "we face a dire predicament. Our primary food source, the ahmens, teeters on the brink of extinction. The old have become sick and infested with disease. Their youth have become stronger and smarter. If we persist in draining them, our own survival is at stake." Troubled glances passed among her three elder brothers, reflecting the weight of her words. They understood the urgency of the situation, the precarious balance their kingdom hung upon amidst dwindling resources and encroaching darkness.

This must be brought forth in front of the Committee of Lamont-Arish," the eldest brother declared, his voice carrying a sense of urgency. "They are stuck in their old ways, unable to comprehend the gravity of our situation." The air felt stifling as each sibling paced in slow accordance, the weight of their predicament bearing down upon them.
